Sensations, aromas and flavours.

“We had a hotel and a novel”, said Almory Blayne, the most precocious Fitzgeraldian genteel. We too had a hotel, TÓTEM Madrid, and a novel, The Beautiful and Damned (in Spanish, Hermosos y Malditos) by Francis Scott Fitzgerald. This is how our story begins…

Our main characters: a restaurant called “Hermosos”, the beating heart of the hotel, and a Lobby bar called “Malditos”, a unique and spacious “Coctelería”. Together they represent a tribute to the most brilliant lost generation, the one that found the beauty in failure and the depth in victory.

The quintessence of life, which requires the finest food: a cuisine inspired by various horizons, a delicious fusion of flavours with a new-yorker twist, finished off with our signature cosmopolitan cocktails.

We thought that this would be more than enough, so that you can begin a story of your own…
